• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request
• You have not violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your order number or email address used for purchase
3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

What Happens After a Refund

• Your access to the templates will be revoked
• You must stop using the templates in any projects
• Any derivative works should be removed from production

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• The request is made after 14 days
• There is evidence of abuse or violation of terms
• The templates have been redistributed or resold
