Service Provider: BetterHive Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the email templates with the following permissions:
What You Can Do
- Use templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects
- Modify, customize, and adapt the templates for your needs
- Use templates for client work and charge for your services
- Create derivative works based on the templates
What You Cannot Do
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original templates
- Share templates with others who haven't purchased a license
- Create competing template products using our designs
- Claim ownership of the original template designs
Payment and Refunds
- All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring fees
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Delivery
- Templates are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase
- You will receive a download link with lifetime access
- Lifetime updates are included at no additional cost
Intellectual Property
- We retain all rights to the original template designs
- You own any modifications or customizations you make
- Our trademarks and branding remain our property
Limitation of Liability
The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our templates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
